Individual assessment
A preliminary interview enables the application to be analysed and the suitability of the scheme to be validated.
The applicant receives personalised support throughout the process from a dedicated assessment advisor. All of the hours of the assessment, are part of a supervised support, with time for exchange with the assessment referent, analysis and feedback carried out by the consultant.
The course can be completed entirely face-to-face, remotely or a combination of the 2.
Experienced skills assessment coach, occupational psychologist.
At the end of the support, the coach will give the beneficiary a portfolio containing all the tests, research carried out as well as the assessment.
