Preliminary phase

- Analyse and contractualise the request (Validate the person's motivation to enter this process, their career path and profile their approach to better understand who they are, what they want and adapt the support )

- Organise and inform about the progress of the service

Investigation phase

- In-depth analysis of the profile, values, motivations, professional desires and aspirations, abilities, using a specific methodology and tools

- Assess personal and professional skills/resources and potential

- Build a skills portfolio

- Draw up a professional development project

- Analyse and compare the professional project with the environment

Conclusion phase,

- Draw up a plan of action and resources to be implemented

- Draw up a summary of the assessment: major assets and development projects...


  • End-of-coaching certificate - A summary document is given to the beneficiary of the assessment, with comments.

Monitoring and individualisation

A preliminary interview enables the application to be analysed and the suitability of the scheme to be validated.

The applicant receives personalised support throughout the process from a dedicated assessment advisor. All of the hours of the assessment, are part of a supervised support, with time for exchange with the assessment referent, analysis and feedback carried out by the consultant.

The course can be completed entirely face-to-face, remotely or a combination of the 2.


Experienced skills assessment coach, occupational psychologist.


At the end of the support, the coach will give the beneficiary a portfolio containing all the tests, research carried out as well as the assessment.
