There are three phases to the skills assessment: the preliminary phase, the investigation phase and the conclusion phase:
- Analyse and contractualise the request
- Organise and inform about the progress of the service
- Assess personal and professional skills/resources and potential
- Draw up a career development plan
- Analyse and compare the career plan with the environment
- Draw up a plan of action and resources to be implemented
- Draw up a summary of the assessment : major assets and development projects...
Individual courses.
Interviews and remediation with the educational referent, coach and occupational psychologist.
Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.
At the end of the course, a portfolio will be issued to the beneficiary containing the tests,
