Individual assessment
A preliminary interview is used to analyse the request and validate the suitability of the scheme.
The candidate benefits from personalised support throughout the course by a dedicated assessment referent. All the hours of the assessment, are part of a supervised support, with times for exchange with the assessment referent, remediation, analysis and feedback carried out by the consultant.
The course can be carried out entirely face-to-face, remotely or a mix of the 2.
Experienced skills assessment coach, occupational psychologist.
At the end of the support, the coach will give the beneficiary a portfolio containing all the tests, research carried out as well as the assessment.
