Orientation Report

• Interviews conducted with our psychologists specialising in career guidance, professionals and career experts, confirmed by personality tests, will help to determine a direction based on the person's aptitudes and personality, and to validate or invalidate a choice that has already been thought through.
• Accompanying and guiding anyone wondering about their educational and/or vocational orientation (jobseeker, employee, secondary school pupil, student, etc.);
  
• Making the complexity of the information to be taken into account clear (specificities of studies, conditions of access, job market, expectations of the person and their environment, concerns, obstacles, etc.);

• - Define a professional project for training, continuing or resuming studies (initial training, apprenticeship, professionalisation contract or continuing education), or employment (first job, professional development or retraining);

In addition, support with the "Parcoursup" procedure can be offered: information, registration, CV and cover letter preparation.

The Guidance Assessment is a service that can be adapted to needs in terms of objectives, content, duration.... . The objectives common to each pathway are:

• Identify your strengths, resources, assets and constraints in order to gain a better understanding of yourself
• Identify your areas for progress
  
• Construct your project, taking into account your profile and expectations, and identify favourable working environments.
• Explore career and training options that are compatible with the person's profile, interests and potential (soft and hard skills) and that fit in with the realities of the job market
  
• Prepare a feasibility study for a realistic and achievable career plan.
• Identify the implementation stages and alternative scenarios.

Each of the courses offered below is made up of individual meetings with a consultant-psychologist specialising in career guidance and contacts with HR professionals or career experts. All modules include at least one interview to analyse the request at the start, one or more interviews to work on the project (depending on the formula chosen) and a project feedback interview at the end of the support.

"Validation" Orientation Review: 3 hours - €240

This course will confirm or refute the project idea. Reflection on the project is initiated, conducted or deepened.

"Exploration" Orientation Assessment: 6 hours - 468€

This course will provide help in choosing between several project ideas, comparing and prioritising ideas according to the interest shown and their feasibility.

"In-depth" career guidance assessment: 9 hours - €675

This course will identify a career plan for people who have not defined a precise idea.

Themed Pack: fixed price of €150

Group workshops, in addition to the individual support detailed above, can be offered to support the identification, exploration and/or implementation of the professional project:

- taking tests (personality, professional interests, aptitudes, professional values, career anchors, choice criteria..),

- exploration of career paths, identification of courses of study or training,

- surveys with professionals and career experts, search for work-study contracts, internships or jobs,

- creation or improvement of CVs and covering letters,

- registration procedures on ParcourSup...
