  • Apply the fundamental principles of economics and law to the logistics sector.
  • Manage inbound flows (prepare and receive goods, assist with dispute resolution, arrange the transfer of goods).
  • Manage outbound flows (prepare orders, dispatch goods, organise the tracking of shipments).
  • Monitor and optimise storage (manage storage locations, monitor stock levels, restock, manage returnable packaging, recycle waste).
  • Safely operate ride-on industrial trucks (categories 1, 3 and 5).
  • Communicate, both verbally and in writing, in foreign languages (English and Spanish).

The training course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.

BC01 – Carrying out logistics operations in a safe environment

  • Understanding the role of logistics activities within the supply chain
  • Applying health and safety and risk prevention rules
  • Preparing and carrying out goods receipt operations
  • Ensure products are put into stock
  • Manage stock monitoring

BC02 – Coordinated implementation of logistics activities to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Respond to requests from internal and external customers
  • Optimise order fulfilment
  • Contribute to the industrial logistics process
  • Organise delivery rounds
  • Manage returns and organise shipments with transport providers

BC03 – Making a responsible contribution to the efficiency of an organisation’s logistics operations

  • Adapting logistics processes to products and flows
  • Ensuring traceability throughout the supply chain
  • Proposing operational improvements as part of a CSR approach
  • Coordinate a logistics team

BC04 – Safe operation of material-handling equipment

  • Commissioning material-handling equipment safely
  • Operating and manoeuvring material-handling equipment categories 1B, 3 and 5 – R489
  • Carry out end-of-shift procedures

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.

The work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

Maximum total duration of 1,410 hours, including 560 hours on the job.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Applicants without a diploma: 1410-hour training course with compulsory placement on a reinforced course

Applicants with a level V diploma or who have completed their schooling: 1100-hour training course (placement on a reinforced course possible depending on the result obtained in the level tests)

EN-certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers


Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Certification assessments may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails to obtain the qualification, they retain the credits for the modules they have passed and may retake the outstanding examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years.

Depending on the size and activities of the target organisation, holders of the vocational baccalaureate in ‘Logistics Professions’ may be eligible for the following job titles (non-exhaustive list):

As part of an initial entry into the workforce:
- Multi-skilled logistics operator
- Logistics officer
- Warehouse assistant
- Warehouse assistant (forklift operator)
- Logistics department clerk
- Goods receiver
- Order picker

After a few months’ experience, they have the skills to progress to leading a small team, thereby acting as a ‘point of contact’ between the line manager and the operators. After initial work experience:
- Team leader (receiving / storage / order picking / dispatch)
- Dock supervisor
- Warehouse manager
- Manager of a small logistics unit
- Depot manager (very small scale)
- Packaging manager
- Logistics quality assurance officer
- Procurement officer
- Stock controller
