ORAL INTERACTION IN ENGLISH

Personal and telephone greetings and responding to requests from correspondents - Fluid telephone or face-to-face conversations in the most common situations - Answers to questions on how to deal with the most common situations. Answers to questions about the company's services or products - Convincing arguments

WRITING ENGLISH

Structuring professional correspondence - Writing simply articulated texts on typical subjects contextualised to the target professional field - Synthesising information and arguments - Codes for writing professional correspondence
