The training consists of several modules:
1: Diagnosis and Analysis
Launch: The cognitive biases that parasitise our judgement.
Thematic : The QQOQCP method to define the problem unambiguously.
Activity : Differentiating "Problem", "Symptom" and "Cause".
2: Methodologies and Tools
Module 1: Searching for causes with the Ishikawa diagram (fishbone).
Module 2: Creativity techniques (Brainstorming, SCAMPER) to multiply solutions.
Module 3: Decision support tools: the weighting matrix and the benefit/risk ratio.
Module 4: The Eisenhower matrix: deciding according to urgency and importance.
3: From Decision to Action
Practical application: "The Solutions Lab" - Solving a complex problem in sub-groups.
Debriefing: How to take responsibility for your decision and communicate it to your team or hierarchy.

The course combines face-to-face and distance learning. Learning takes place through a mix of sessions at the centre, virtual classes, online resources and regular support from the trainer.
