Acquire the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to carry out the activity of A.S.H to:
-take charge of the maintenance and hygiene of care premises
-participate in tasks to ensure the comfort of patients.

At the end of the training course, the trainee will be able to provide professional assistance in a hospital department, retirement home or convalescent home and will be able to master the following skills:

-plan, organise and carry out various service tasks

-work individually or as part of a team depending on the specific situation.

Development of the main activities of the HSA:

- Discovering hospital services agent training

- General information on health establishments - Regulatory framework for intervention

- Reception, communication & professional relations

- Hygiene rules

- Participation in hotel activities and management of cleaning and food products

- Participation in patient care and life on the ward

- Passing the Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail (SST) certificate

- Job search techniques.

Statement of skills and/or competencies

Total maximum duration of 300 hours, including 70 hours in a company and 230 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

- Integrate the requirements of the job: patience, a sense of responsibility, teamwork, tiring tasks, punctuality and regularity

- Demonstrate a good ability to adapt to working hours and service constraints, in professional relations

- Have a good understanding of oral instructions and master the basic skills associated with the professional sector.
