At the end of the training course, the learner will be able to:

• Develop an assertive posture in their professional relationships.
• Identify and adopt constructive behaviours (assertive vs passive, aggressive, manipulative).
• Posing a framework, expressing your opinion, saying no and formulating an assertive message.
• Managingconflicts, objections and criticism constructively.
• Strengthening your self-esteem and developing an action plan for improvement.

The training consists of several modules:

• Identifying passive, aggressive, manipulative and assertive behaviour.
• Practising assertiveness: message I, DESC, reformulation, active listening.

The course combines face-to-face and distance learning. Learning takes place through a mix of sessions at the centre, virtual classes, online resources and regular support from the trainer.
