The APES Physical Activity, Efficiency and Health training course is part of the occupational risk prevention (PRP) approach for which GRETA-CFA can offer support in various forms: training courses recognised by INRS and CARSAT but also through overall support for the company in its prevention approach.
As a result, on the recommendation of the INRS, the so-called "Gestures and Postures" training courses are evolving and becoming "APES Training" .
It is aimed at anyone wishing to understand, through practical experience, the links between physical activity, mental activity, efficiency and health, in order to protect themselves as effectively as possible from all bodily pathologies.
