- Provide advice and information on "top of the range" products to encourage customers to buy into a brand, to make them aware of the value of the product, which is intrinsically linked to its history, excellence and the uniqueness of its design and manufacturing process.
- Improving one's own image and the quality of one's listening and presentation: sobriety, mastery of a neutral and polished language, mastery of the time and content of the exchange.
- Offering a welcome and service in English in advisory and sales situations

- Research,identification and presentation of high-end products (10 hours)
- The hotel and tourism sector
- Major brands: leather goods, jewellery, perfumery, haute couture
- Knowledge of the Luxury and Premium customer (10 hours)
- Savoir-être, appearances of the salesperson in luxury shops / luxury customer reception techniques and sales techniques (26 hours)
- Knowledge of foreign customers (10 hours)
- Professional communication situations in English (28 hours)
- Job search techniques (14 hours)
